Brand Designer
Overview
The Brand Designer will lead the strategy and execution of design initiatives across branding, marketing materials, and digital media. This role emphasizes creative direction, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end project management. The Brand Designer ensures that all visual deliverables adhere to established brand standards while supporting business objectives through cohesive, high-quality design solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with design, marketing, and management teams to develop innovative branding and graphic design solutions aligned with company objectives.
Design original, purposeful branding assets, marketing materials, and digital media across both print and digital platforms.
Develop visual concepts and execute designs using industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Ensure all design elements remain consistent with brand guidelines, internal standards, and overall brand strategy.
Translate creative concepts into polished deliverables while balancing aesthetics, functionality, and business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field; additional education in management or leadership is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design or brand design, including work on marketing materials and digital media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
Strong understanding of print and/or digital production processes, including design specifications and workflows.
Experience working in a creative or design agency environment, or as a freelancer, is preferred.
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to develop creative briefs, manage timelines, and execute projects independently.
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and strategic rationale.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic or brand design, creative execution, and strategic direction.
Hands-on, self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
